Charles Underwood was born on June 6th, 1921 and arrived in France about 3 months before the BEF moved up into Belgium. He hasn't talked much about where he comes from or about his family, other then mentioning his uncle, who he claims 'isn't all there since WW1'.

He speaks decent French, something that has been useful more then once while wrecking the fine French countryside.
