Nom
Use +nom to nominate people for an XP award for roleplay. There is no limit to the number of noms you can give out but an arcane formula lowers the value of them if you give out a lot, or nom the same person repeatedly.

Noms are worth about 0.1 xp apiece maximum at the moment.
